The format recommended for projection in the venue is 16:10, although 16:9 and 4:3 are supported. Screen resolution for projection is 1920 x 1200. There is no set template, you are free to design your presentation as you see fit.
The parallel session presentations should be no more than 9 minutes in length, to allow time for questions at the end of each session.
The Theme Lectures should be no more than 25 minutes in length, to allow time for questions. Those of you who will be presenting in one of our busier sessions may choose to present for 20 minutes.
Please upload your presentation to the upload link, which has been emailed to all authors. If you require this link to be re-sent to you, contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your presentation should be titled in the following format:
- Parallel Session Number_Paper ID_Presenting Author_Title (eg: PS1.7 - 14005 - Tarantino - Design of crushable particles in DEM based on single grain compression
The relevant parallel session number and paper ID can be found in the Programme.
We ask that you upload your presentation well in advance of your session but no later than 1 hour prior to your session. If you cannot upload your presentation from your desktop/laptop via the given link, there will be assistance in the registration area for the upload and transfer of presentations (via USB).
